The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 89.63 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.07 per cent at Rs 322.17 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 354.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.06 per cent to Rs 306.97 crore from Rs 313.44 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.16 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.85 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 62.82 per cent to Rs 15.20 crore as against Rs 40.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 23.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.75 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.70 crore).
