The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.93 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.14 per cent at Rs 146.18 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 137.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.61 per cent to Rs 132.81 crore from Rs 129.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 138.89 per cent at Rs 0.43 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 61.28 per cent to Rs 13.37 crore as against Rs 8.29 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 51.83 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 14.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 260.94 per cent at Rs 2.06 crore (Jun'24 Rs -1.28 crore).
