The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 29.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.07 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 86.56 per cent at Rs 22.09 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 164.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 85.05 per cent to Rs 15.07 crore from Rs 100.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.80 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 88.96 per cent to Rs 7.02 crore as against Rs 63.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.86 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation decreased by 81.62 per cent at Rs 1.82 crore (Jun'24 Rs 9.90 crore).
