Parikh Dave & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary (A Peer Reviewed Firm) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 in compliance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.\r\n2.
