The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.05 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 41.88 per cent at Rs 38.69 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.49 per cent to Rs 37.09 crore from Rs 59.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 36.11 per cent at Rs 4.14 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 6.48 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 77.76 per cent to Rs 1.61 crore as against Rs 7.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.86 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 36.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.72 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.18 crore).
