The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.94 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.03 per cent at Rs 70.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 89.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.21 per cent to Rs 81.22 crore from Rs 88.48 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 4.42 per cent at Rs 22.04 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 23.06 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1310.23 per cent to Rs -10.65 crore as against Rs 0.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1640.82 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 511.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.47 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.22 crore).
