The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.38 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 19.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.68 per cent at Rs 138.79 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 131.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.20 per cent to Rs 111.31 crore from Rs 103.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 16.51 per cent at Rs 2.47 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.12 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.07 per cent to Rs 27.48 crore as against Rs 27.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.44 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 32.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.61 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.49 per cent at Rs 6.61 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.71 crore).
