The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.56 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.40 per cent at Rs 327.09 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 293.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.75 per cent to Rs 277.24 crore from Rs 243.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 24.38 per cent at Rs 7.94 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 10.50 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.08 per cent to Rs 49.85 crore as against Rs 49.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.30 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 25.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 24.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.71 per cent at Rs 1.79 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.49 crore).
