The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.49 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.09 per cent at Rs 277.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 239.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.52 per cent to Rs 210.41 crore from Rs 183.73 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 56.31 per cent at Rs 12.88 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.24 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 21.30 per cent to Rs 67.54 crore as against Rs 55.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.47 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 215.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.76 per cent at Rs 17.46 crore (Jun'24 Rs 14.34 crore).
