The Board of Directors at its meeting held today considered and approved:\r\n- Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025\r\n- Further, Dr. Sanjay Sethi had conveyed his intention to retire from his executive responsibility upon completion of his tenure as Managing Director and CEO on January 31, 2026. Based on the recommendation of Compensation, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Shwetank Singh as Managing Director and CEO Designate. He will assume the role of Managing Director and CEO with effect from February 1, 2026.
