The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 414.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.99 per cent at Rs 14.78 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 51.53 per cent to Rs 14.32 crore from Rs 9.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 910.00 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.26 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs 0.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.43 per cent in June quarter.
Taxation increased by 118.52 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.27 crore).
