The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.03 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.68 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.44 per cent at Rs 55.88 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.80 per cent to Rs 38.04 crore from Rs 39.96 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 54.57 per cent at Rs 1.89 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.16 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 48.05 per cent to Rs 17.84 crore as against Rs 12.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.81 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 68.22 per cent at Rs 3.60 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.14 crore).
