Cryogenic Ogs Ltd has announced that it has received a purchase order worth Rs 34,26,035 (excluding taxes) from Endress and Hauser, a domestic entity. The order, disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, marks another significant milestone in the company’s growing portfolio in terminal automation systems.

The order includes a complete range of Cryogenic Ogs' terminal automation products such as air eliminators, strainer-cum-air eliminators, prover tanks, master meter trolleys, additive dosing blocks and skids, along with essential spares. These products continue to be widely adopted across various terminals, underscoring the company's market presence and technological strength in the automation segment.

As per the terms of the contract, the delivery period for the entire order is 14 weeks from the date of Letter of Intent (LOI), Purchase Order, or manufacturing clearance. The delivery will follow the EXW-POR (Ex-Works – Place of Receipt) Incoterm, with freight charges to be invoiced separately on an actuals-paid basis, accompanied by supporting documentation.

The nature of the order is purely domestic and classified as a purchase order. Cryogenic Ogs has confirmed that neither the company’s promoters nor any promoter group entities have any interest in Endress and Hauser, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
