The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.36 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.83 per cent at Rs 195.95 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 176.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.91 per cent to Rs 172.16 crore from Rs 155.23 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 35.78 per cent at Rs 1.40 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 2.18 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 10.29 per cent to Rs 23.79 crore as against Rs 21.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.49 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 19.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.13 per cent at Rs 4.73 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.75 crore).
