The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 39.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 39.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.84 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.92 per cent at Rs 461.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 416.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.53 per cent to Rs 404.01 crore from Rs 359.02 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 119.88 per cent at Rs 3.65 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.66 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.87 per cent to Rs 57.92 crore as against Rs 57.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.06 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 11.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 6.81 per cent at Rs 14.27 crore (Jun'24 Rs 13.36 crore).
