The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 33.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.07 per cent at Rs 1,234.34 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,054.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.65 per cent to Rs 1,135.34 crore from Rs 956.86 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 4.43 per cent at Rs 8.41 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 8.80 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 1.51 per cent to Rs 99.00 crore as against Rs 97.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.30 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 10.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 36.19 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.78 per cent at Rs 11.05 crore (Jun'24 Rs 11.25 crore).
