The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3,653.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3412.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.07 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.39 per cent at Rs 9,928.23 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10,068.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.73 per cent to Rs 1,810.41 crore from Rs 1,324.07 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 69.86 per cent at Rs 1,328.65 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 782.21 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 7.16 per cent to Rs 8,117.82 crore as against Rs 8,744.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.85 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 6.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2,304.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.55 per cent at Rs 733.32 crore (Jun'24 Rs 819.78 crore).
