The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.31 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 49.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 38.56 per cent at Rs 27.31 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.77 per cent to Rs 20.97 crore from Rs 30.29 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 11900.00 per cent at Rs 1.20 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 55.16 per cent to Rs 6.35 crore as against Rs 14.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.09 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 180.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.74 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.57 crore).
