The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 108.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.27 per cent at Rs 834.05 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,059.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.62 per cent to Rs 782.31 crore from Rs 927.10 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.88 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 60.89 per cent to Rs 51.74 crore as against Rs 132.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 50.36 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 40.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 6.07 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
