The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.58 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.01 per cent at Rs 267.75 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 287.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.40 per cent to Rs 237.75 crore from Rs 259.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 172.94 per cent at Rs 2.32 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.85 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 5.67 per cent to Rs 30.00 crore as against Rs 28.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.59 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 20.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.99 per cent at Rs 4.59 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.89 crore).
