The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 79.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 79.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.14 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.07 per cent at Rs 423.58 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 428.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.41 per cent to Rs 350.93 crore from Rs 352.36 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 23.97 per cent at Rs 35.69 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 28.79 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.16 per cent to Rs 72.64 crore as against Rs 75.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.11 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 11.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.03 per cent at Rs 25.10 crore (Jun'24 Rs 21.82 crore).
