The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 36.42 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.22 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.07 per cent at Rs 540.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 504.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.21 per cent to Rs 486.07 crore from Rs 466.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 3066.67 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 41.96 per cent to Rs 54.30 crore as against Rs 38.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.59 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 32.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.01 per cent at Rs 12.17 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.57 crore).
