The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.46 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.05 per cent at Rs 130.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 151.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.62 per cent to Rs 106.72 crore from Rs 118.08 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 153.85 per cent at Rs 4.62 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.82 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.61 per cent to Rs 23.65 crore as against Rs 33.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 11.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.16 per cent at Rs 3.62 crore (Jun'24 Rs 5.95 crore).
