The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.30 per cent at Rs 79.19 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.12 per cent to Rs 63.65 crore from Rs 70.04 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 58.75 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.80 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 14.86 per cent to Rs 15.53 crore as against Rs 18.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.03 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 200.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.72 per cent at Rs 2.58 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.28 crore).
