The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.27 per cent at Rs 331.02 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 314.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.31 per cent to Rs 304.92 crore from Rs 289.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 279.17 per cent at Rs 1.82 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.48 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 4.78 per cent to Rs 26.10 crore as against Rs 24.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.51 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 70.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.70 per cent at Rs 5.38 crore (Jun'24 Rs 5.29 crore).
