Further to our Intimation Letter No. B/SCL/SE/SS/199/2025-26 dated 23rd June, 2025 in view of the resignation of the existing Chief Financial Officer-Mr. Pradeep Mehta, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 23rd Junee, 2025 have approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh H. Mehta as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an interim period effective from 26th July, 2025, till another CFO joins the office and is assigned the roles and responsibilities. Consequently, Mr. Rakesh Mehta would also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
