Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations, and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 24th July, 2025 has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Mishra as the Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, concerning the above appointment, is enclosed as Annexure I to this letter.\r\n\r\nThe meeting of the Board of the Directors of the Company commenced at 11.45 a.m. and concluded at 12.05 p.m.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt.
