JSW Steel Ltd has announced that Mr. Haigreve Khaitan has completed his second term of five years as an Independent Director on the company’s board, effective July 22, 2025. Consequently, his tenure as an Independent Director has formally concluded as of July 23, 2025.
The company expressed its sincere appreciation for Mr. Khaitan’s significant contributions and valuable insights during his decade-long association with the board. The disclosure has been made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
