The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 11.58 per cent at Rs 24.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.66 per cent to Rs 22.97 crore from Rs 26.30 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 333.33 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 7.69 per cent to Rs 1.54 crore as against Rs 1.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.14 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 14.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.08 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
