The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 320.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 363.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.91 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.08 per cent at Rs 1,420.64 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,496.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.70 per cent to Rs 981.49 crore from Rs 988.37 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 23.33 per cent at Rs 17.94 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 23.40 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 10.97 per cent to Rs 452.57 crore as against Rs 508.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.18 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 4.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.13 per cent at Rs 111.33 crore (Jun'24 Rs 125.27 crore).
