To consider and approve for raising funds through issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities or by way of borrowing of funds (debt), subject to prior approval of the members. 2. To consider and approve to migrate Listing/Trading of Equity Shares of the company from BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited or any other recognized Stock Exchange, subject to prior approval of the members. 3.
