The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.06 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.72 per cent at Rs 385.33 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 422.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.77 per cent to Rs 364.03 crore from Rs 374.39 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 11.08 per cent at Rs 14.36 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 16.15 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 55.41 per cent to Rs 21.30 crore as against Rs 47.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 51.15 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 4.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.23 per cent at Rs 6.00 crore (Jun'24 Rs 13.11 crore).
