360 ONE WAM LIMITED has informed the Exchange that the Board approved 360 ONE Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025 ( 360 ONE ESOS 2025 ) in accordance and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, considering the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, which will be implemented after receipt of necessary approvals including from the shareholders of the Company.
