The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 30.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.31 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.18 per cent at Rs 504.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 515.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.60 per cent to Rs 483.32 crore from Rs 475.69 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 22.25 per cent at Rs 5.11 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.18 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 47.49 per cent to Rs 20.84 crore as against Rs 39.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.36 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 19.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.51 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.00 per cent at Rs 5.11 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.02 crore).
