Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held Today i.e., Tuesday, July 15, 2025, has approved the appointment of M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co., a peer reviewed Practicing Companies Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive Financial Years (FY) commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).\r\nThe details required under SEBI Circular dated November 11, 2024 are attached as Annexure-1.
