Tuesday, July 15, 2025, has approved appointment of M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co., a peer reviewed Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive Financial Years (FY) commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting\r\n(AGM).
