The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.32 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 67.26 per cent at Rs 37.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 75.86 per cent to Rs 35.33 crore from Rs 20.09 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 27.78 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.36 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.77 per cent to Rs 2.57 crore as against Rs 2.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.65 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 3.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.03 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.59 crore).
