The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.88 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.74 per cent at Rs 25.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.86 per cent to Rs 14.99 crore from Rs 14.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 31.85 per cent at Rs 1.78 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.35 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 13.33 per cent to Rs 10.03 crore as against Rs 8.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.27 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.28 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.17 crore).
