Appointment of Mr. Sujit Sudhakar Bangar (DIN: 07871115) as the new Chairperson and Whole-Time Director of the Company w.e.f July 12, 2025, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company for his appointment and remuneration.\r\n\r\n3. Appointment of Mr. Hrushikesh Bahekar as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has been postponed to July 15, 2025, due to a technical issue on the MCA portal.
