Lodha Developers has announced the acquisition of five land parcels across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and Bengaluru during the April–June quarter of the current financial year. These acquisitions are intended for the development of residential projects with a total gross development value (GDV) of Rs 22,700 crore.
In a regulatory filing on Monday, the real estate firm stated, “During the April–June quarter of FY2025–26, we added five new projects across MMR, Pune, and Bengaluru with a GDV of Rs 22,700 crore.”
The company, however, did not clarify whether the land parcels were purchased outright or secured through joint ventures or development agreements with landowners.
