Rajesh Power Services Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant order from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), Vadodara, Gujarat, under Regulation 30 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The contract, awarded in the ordinary course of business, is for a turnkey project involving the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) at various locations. The work falls under two key state initiatives: the Kisan Suryoday Yojana (KSY) and the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY-2).
This domestic order is valued at Rs 220.18 crore and is expected to be completed within a period of nine months. The company clarified that the contract does not involve any related party transactions, and none of the promoters or group companies have any interest in MGVCL.
