Asian Hotels (West) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'the Meeting of Board of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025 interalia to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, it is here by informed that since the Audit Committee Meeting scheduled on the same day for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 could not be held due to lack of quorum and is accordingly adjourned till further notice, the Board Meeting scheduled thereafter interalia for the same agenda also could not be held and is now postponed to be held after the approval of the financial results by the Audit Committee.'.
