Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that Ms. Drishti Sidhwa (PAN:FCSPS3517K) has tendered her resignation from the post of CS of the Company vide letter dated Thursday, June 26, 2025, which is effective from June 30, 2025.\r\nThe details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.\r\nThe resignation letter received from Ms. Drishti Sidhwa from the post of CS of the Company is enclosed as Annexure II.\r\nKindly note that the said resignation will be taken on record at the ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company.
