Consequent to her resignation, Ms. Kusum Chauhan will be relieved from the services of the Company w.e.f closing hours of 25th June, 2025. \r\nThere are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned above.\r\n2) The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on today i.e.,25th June, 2025 has taken note of the cessation of Ms. Kusum Chauhan (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) of the Company based on the recommendation of NRC approved the appointment of Ms. Tanvi Jain (ACS 75299) as company secretary and compliance officer with immediate effect\r\n
