Surya Roshni Ltd. has announced the receipt of an order worth Rs 75.40 crore (including GST) from Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) for the supply of 3LPE coated ERW steel pipes (API 5L, Grade X52). The order will be executed across multiple GGL locations.
As per the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the scope of the contract includes the supply of carbon steel ERW pipes with 3-layer polyethylene coating, in sizes 4", 6", 8", and 12", with a wall thickness of 6.4 mm. The project is expected to be completed within 34 weeks.
The order has been awarded by a domestic public sector undertaking, and the company clarified that the transaction does not involve any related parties or promoter group interest.
This order further strengthens Surya Roshni’s position in the steel pipes segment and reinforces its role as a key supplier in the energy and infrastructure sector.
