In terms of Regulation 30 (2), Regulation 30(13) and other applicable regulations, its Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, together read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we wish to inform you that Company has received a summons issued under Section 70 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 seeking details regarding certain type of transactions. The said hard copy letter was received by the Company on June 10, 2025, which subsequently reviewed by the Company on June 10, 2025.\r\n\r\nThe Copy of the aforesaid letter and the additional details pursuant to SEBI Circular dated July as Annexure-1 and Annexure-II respectively.\r\n\r\nThe above is submitted for your kind information and appropriate dissemination.\r\n
