Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), the electric mobility arm of Greaves Cotton Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr. Vikas Singh as its new Managing Director, effective June 2, 2025. He will oversee the company’s next phase of expansion, with the existing management team reporting directly to him.
Mr. Singh brings extensive leadership experience from some of India’s leading consumer-facing sectors. His expertise in navigating regulated environments has equipped him with the agility and resilience needed to drive strategic transformation and growth.
An alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, Mr. Singh has held senior leadership roles across prominent Indian and multinational corporations.
This appointment underscores GEML’s continued commitment to its mission of democratizing smart and sustainable mobility solutions across India. It also marks a significant step forward in the company’s journey to strengthen its position in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle (EV) market.
