Markolines Pavement Technologies Ltd has announced the receipt of two new work orders from Vadodara Kim Expressway Pvt. Ltd., with a combined value of Rs 16,75,82,305 (inclusive of GST). The orders pertain to Rain Cut Repair works at the company’s project site.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Detailed information regarding the work orders has been provided in Annexure-I and Annexure-II, in accordance with SEBI’s circular dated November 11, 2024.
The company confirmed that the contracts were awarded by domestic entities and do not fall under related party transactions. Additionally, none of the directors, promoters, or promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entities.
