This has reference to Notices issued by NSE and BSE on 04 Jun 2025, seeking clarification in relation to news / article published in Medial Publication and Rumour Verification.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, we would like to submit that the information mentioned in the article/ news regarding signing of a MoU with M/s Kongsberg Norway is affirmative. The Company has entered into a non-binding MoU with M/s Kongsberg to receive design expertise for indigenous construction of a Polar Research Vessel. This represents a general understanding and has been signed in ordinary course of business.\r\n\r\nWe further submit that the said MoU does not involve any financial commitment or obligation and does not have any financial impact on the Company. Accordingly, it does not constitute a material event under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThe detail responses on the clarification sought by Stock exchanges is attached herewith.
