The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 82.63 per cent at Rs 2.43 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 88.68 per cent to Rs 1.37 crore from Rs 12.10 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2733.33 per cent at Rs 0.85 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 43.39 per cent to Rs 1.07 crore as against Rs 1.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 225.35 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 47.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 177.78 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.63 crore).
